If you've claimed your SaaS profile on SaaS Browser, you now have a dedicated dashboard to manage everything in one place. Previously, accessing your reviews, widget settings, and badges meant navigating through separate pages with no central hub. That's fixed.
What's in the Dashboard
The dashboard is accessible from the user icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. Click your avatar and select Dashboard. If you've claimed multiple SaaS profiles, each one appears in the sidebar with its own set of pages.
Reviews shows every review submitted for your product, sorted newest first. You can see the rating, reviewer name, title, date, publication status, and whether the review is approved for your display widget. Click into any review to see the full detail, approve it for display, or flag it if something looks off.
Widgets gives you the embed codes for your collection widget, display widget, and review landing page URL. The collection widget is a lightweight popup you embed in your app so customers can leave reviews without navigating away. The display widget lets you showcase approved reviews on your marketing site as a carousel, grid, or wall. The landing page is a simple shareable link that requires no code at all.
Badges lets you grab your verified badge in multiple styles, including custom badges generated for your listing. You'll also find placement guidance for where to add them on your site.
Update Profile links directly into the profile editing flow so you can keep your listing information current.
Widget Promotion in the Claim Flow
The claim flow now includes a step that introduces testimonial widgets right after the badge setup. This gives new founders visibility into the collection widget, display widget, and landing page before they finish setting up their profile. The widgets are free to use and designed to turn customer feedback into social proof on your own site, while also building independent credibility on your SaaS Browser profile.
Navigation Changes
The "My Account" text link in the navigation bar has been replaced with a user avatar icon. Clicking it opens a dropdown with links to your Dashboard, Account Settings, and Logout. On mobile, Dashboard and Account Settings appear as separate links in the menu.
